1. Introduction

Tasgen provides tools to automate and manage Training & Assessment Strategies (TAS) for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). By using the platform, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organisation and accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform

  The Tasgen web application, APIs, documentation, and related services.

• User

  Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

• Content

  Data you provide or generate in the Platform (e.g., TAS outputs, notes, attachments).

• RTO

  Registered Training Organisation using the Platform to create and manage TAS.

3. Services

Tasgen enables TAS creation, collaboration, validation, and export. Features may be added, changed, or removed. The Platform may retrieve public training package data to assist with TAS preparation.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and review outputs before use.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account access.
• Use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable standards (including ASQA).
• Do not reverse engineer, reproduce, or resell the Platform without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform (software, UI, designs, logos, and documentation) remain with Tasgen. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform.

6. Pricing & Payments

Plans and fees are shown at checkout or within your workspace billing. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Unpaid or overdue fees may lead to suspension. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform assists with TAS preparation but does not replace professional judgement. Outputs are provided “as-is”, and we make no warranty of suitability for audit outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Tasgen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Platform. Upon termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the Platform. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, limitation of liability).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
